Firebrand Artisan Breads is a mission-driven bakery crafting exceptional wood-fired breads and artisanal pastries in the Bay Area, serving both retail and wholesale customers.

Recognized as the 7th fastest-growing inner-city business by Fortune in 2018, Firebrand is committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace by hiring from within the community—especially individuals facing high barriers to employment, including those formerly incarcerated or experiencing homelessness.

As Design Director and Creative Director, I led the rebranding initiative in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Together, we developed a comprehensive brand strategy and a dynamic identity system that reflects Firebrand’s bold mission and community-first values.

My contributions spanned brand strategy development, art direction, copywriting, visual design, and full-stack web design and development. The broader team supported content strategy, UX, and implementation across physical and digital touchpoints.

This work helped solidify Firebrand’s presence as not just a bakery, but a vital cultural force with a powerful story—reflected across every brand interaction, online and off.
